Welcome to Skinscent Aesthetics. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any purchases made through Skinscent Aesthetics. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the client, and Skinscent Aesthetics (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. By booking an appointment, receiving a consultation, or undergoing any treatment at Skinscent Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Skinscent Aesthetics provides a range of aesthetic, dermatological, and wellness treatments including, but not limited to, Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, PRP, Carbon Peel, Laser Therapy, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, IV Vitamin Drips, Skin Booster Injections, Thread Lifting, Laser for Acne Scars, Dermatological Treatments, Botox, Exosome Therapy, Fat Dissolving Injections, Dark Circles treatments, Mesotherapy, and Semi-Permanent Makeup.
While we strive for optimal results, individual outcomes may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness or longevity of any treatment. Results are dependent on individual factors, adherence to aftercare instructions, and other variables beyond our control.
a. Mandatory Consultation: For many of our advanced treatments, a pre-treatment consultation with a qualified practitioner is mandatory to assess your suitability, discuss potential risks and benefits, and create a personalized treatment plan. b. Disclosure of Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical history, lifestyle information, and any allergies or medications you are taking during your consultation and prior to any treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your suitability for treatment and potentially lead to adverse reactions. c. Right to Refuse Treatment: Skinscent Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual if, in the professional judgment of our practitioners, the treatment is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the best interest of the client’s health and well-being.
a. Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. b. Cancellation Policy: We require at least [Specify your cancellation period, e.g., 24-48 hours] notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, forfeiture of deposit, or full charge for the booked service. c. Late Arrivals: We strive to keep our appointments on schedule. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. If you are significantly late, your appointment may be considered a “no-show.” d. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in a full charge for the service or forfeiture of any deposit.
a. Pricing: Treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted during your consultation will be valid for a specified period. b. This deposit is non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-show, as per our cancellation policy. d. Refunds: All treatments and products purchased are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the product has been opened, unless there is a valid medical reason determined by our qualified practitioners. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of Skinscent Aesthetics management.
a. Adherence to Instructions: You are responsible for adhering to all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our practitioners to ensure optimal results and minimize risks. b. Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided to Skinscent Aesthetics, including medical history and personal details, is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. c. Reporting Concerns: It is your responsibility to immediately inform your practitioner of any discomfort, pain, or adverse reactions experienced during or after a treatment.
Skinscent Aesthetics is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information collected will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All content on the Skinscent Aesthetics website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Skinscent Aesthetics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinscent Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skinscent Aesthetics, its employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
Skinscent Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
